Building a Healthy Future for Women
Under a 25-year concession with the State of Victoria, Bilfinger Berger Project Investments has designed, financed, built and now operates the new nine-storey Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne. This project continues to be a major success having already been delivered on time and on budget.
The new hospital has a floor area in excess of 40,000sqm. It is Australia's largest specialist women's hospital and provides women and newborn babies with the very best in world-class healthcare.
The success of this project results directly from the close integration and partnership approach between Bilfinger, the State, designers, builders and operators as well as the management and staff of this complex facility.
Design and construction has been undertaken by Baulderstone Hornibrook, part of the Bilfinger Berger Group.
"The Bilfinger Berger Project Investments' commitment to delivering the new Royal Women's Hospital has been outstanding"
